It is one of the companies with the most complete product series in the disposable medical consumables industry in China, and also the main enterprise of mask production in our province. In order to fulfill the social responsibility of enterprises and help to win the battle against the epidemic, the company officially resumed its work at the beginning of three. On the fifth day of the first month, Li Qing, chairman of the board of directors of the company, went to Gao'an production base in person. In view of the current situation and the requirements of governments at all levels, he held a meeting of the company's leaders and some middle-level cadres on the spot, put forward the requirements of increasing production capacity, mobilized all employees to stick to their posts and put all their efforts into production, and promptly issued the order of further increasing production capacity to the two production bases at home and abroad.

Xiong Xiaoqiang, deputy general manager in charge of the group's production, said that in view of the sharp rise in the demand for masks from the government, hospitals and society, the company quickly adjusted the employees of non mask production line to mask production line, from the original 120 to more than 200. At the same time, the shift scheduling method was adjusted from the original 8-hour two shift mode to the wrong shift arrangement of two shifts, 12 hours per shift. In the morning shift and the evening shift, 4 hours were overlapped and produced at the same time.

"This not only achieves the production efficiency of three shifts, but also enables the equipment to be maintained and maintained." Xiong Xiaoqiang told reporters that at present, the company's domestic production capacity has increased from 80000 units per day before the Spring Festival to 200000 units per day, and the production capacity has increased significantly. It is worth mentioning that the company also carried out technical transformation on some mask production equipment, further improved the equipment production efficiency and product qualification rate, and further increased the production capacity of Cambodia company. At present, the Cambodian production base has reached the production capacity target of 400000 masks per day. According to statistics, as of February 15, the company's Gao'an base produced 160000 medical protective masks (N95), 4.33 million surgical masks and 1.93 million disposable masks, totaling 6.27 million. The Cambodian base produced 5.69 million disposable masks in February. The two bases produced 11.96 million masks, all of which have been allocated.
